COLLECTING ZYLO+ POINTS

You can collect points through the following actions:

• Creating an account on the zylopouch.com platform >> HELLO YOU Bonus >> 70 ZYLO+ points. This bonus will be awarded only once. 
• Subscribing to ZYLO newsletter >> SAY YES Bonus >> 80 ZYLO+ points. This bonus will be awarded only once. 
• Purchasing ZYLO cans >> MAKE IT COUNT bonus >> 70 ZYLO+ points* for each can/tin purchased. *Excluding promotional discount. 
• Your birthday >>HAPPY YOU DAY bonus >> 50 ZYLO+ points.This bonus will be awarded only once. 
• Occasionally, providing insights via surveys >> TELL US HOW IT IS bonus >> 30 ZYLO+ points, for each survey answered.

COLLECTING ZYLO+ COINS

You can collect points through the following actions:

• REFER A FRIEND >> PASS IT ON bonus >> 5 ZYLO+ Coins  for each valid referral who is placing an order on zylopouch.com. 
• REDEMPTION >> ACTIVATE THE REWARD CODE >> 5 ZYLO+ Coins  for each valid activation of unique code on Can Tins.
• POINTS TO COINS >> UNLOCK ZYLO POINTS >> 5 ZYLO+ Coins  for each 500 ZYLO Points redemption

REDEEM ZYLO+ COINS

To use your ZYLO+ COINS, choose the products you wish to order and go to checkout. You will have the option to redeem your collected ZYLO+ COINS on the products you are purchasing.

The value of each ZYLO+ COINS is $1.0,  ZYLO+ COINS can only be redeemed against future orders.

After ZYLO+ COINS redemption, the number of coins you choose to redeem will be deducted from your total ZYLO+ COINS collected.

Your ZYLO+ COINS balance can be viewed in your ‘My Account’ section.

ZYLO+ COINS will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.

ZYLO+ COINS will not be awarded on any purchases made through our resellers or store outlets.

All ZYLO+ COINS are valid for 365 days from date of collection and as long as you remain a registered customer of ZYLO. Any coins not used within 365 days of the date of collection will automatically expire from your account.

POINTS to COINS

To be able to collect and/or unlock ZYLO+ points you must be logged into your account. Check the balance of your points, you need to unlock the points to ZYLO+ COINS, there will be a unlock button under the points balance, but the minimum points balance should be 300 to unlock it.

REFER A FRIEND

After placing an order on zylopouch.com, you will receive a link and referral code to pass it one to your adults’ friends. When a friend enter your code or use your link to make a qualifying purchase, friend will be generated a $5 coupon automatically in his order. After friend makes a qualifying purchase, referrer will receive 5 coins in account.

A qualifying purchase is the purchase of a ZYLO product from zylopouch.com (free can offers are not included), using the referral link only. Only your friend’s first order on zylopouch.com will be generated a $5 coupon, and then referrer will receive 5 ZYLO+ coins.

ACTIVATE A REWARD CODE

Some of our products have a unique reward code on the bottom of the Can. This reward code can only be redeemed online on zylopouch.com. If you don’t have an account, you need to register an account on zylopouch.com. Then, on the left side of ‘My Account,’ find ‘Redeem,’ enter the reward code, and you will receive 3 ZYLO+ coins in account. If you already have an account, you need to log in, then find ‘Redeem’ on the left side, enter the reward code, and you will receive 3 coins. Each user can redeem only one reward code per day, and a maximum of 30 reward codes in total. 

ZYLO+ POINTS & COINS

The ZYLO+ points & coins allocated through the scheme are personal to the account holder of the ZYLO website account. ZYLO+ points & coins cannot be transferred to any other person, account or transferred in any way.

The ZYLO+ points & coins program is only intended for personal use. ZYLO+ points & coins cannot be collected for use by a business. ZYLO+ points & coins will be removed from Business accounts.

ZYLO DO NOT accept any liability for the ZYLO+ points & coins program accounts that have been misused by the account holder, including where you have permitted a third-party has been permitted access to your account.

ZYLO reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.

ZYLO reserve the right to take any action we believe to be appropriate if we feel you are abusing the scheme, including withholding ZYLO+ points & coins previously credited to your account.

ZYLO reserve the right to modify our terms in any way we choose at any time. Any changes to these terms will not affect ZYLO+ points & coins that have already been collected.

ZYLO+ coins cannot be credited to guest checkout orders.

ZYLO+ coins may be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions, however, we reserve the right to refuse the use of points at any time. ZYLO reserve the right to amend the redemption value of ZYLO+ points & coins and number of ZYLO+ points & coins allocated at our discretion.

If you no longer want to participate to this program, just send us a request at [email protected] so that we can action this for you.

MISCELLANEOUS

There are no membership fees associated with ZYLO+ points & coins.

The points accumulated under this programme have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

ZYLO reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in ZYLO+, if we believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
